Mattishall, Proposed 20mph Speed Limit Zone
What is happening?
THE NORFOLK COUNTY COUNCIL
(Mattishall, Various Roads) - (20 Mph Speed Limit Zone) Order 2025
The Norfolk County Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to introduce a 20mph Speed Limit Zone and thereby prohibit any motor vehicle from exceeding 20 miles per hour along the lengths of road specified below:
Road | Extent |
Larwood Drive | From its junction with the C200 Dereham Road for 80 metres southwards, including turning heads. |
Jacob Drive | From its junction with Larwood Drive for 105 metres eastwards and then northwards including turning heads. |
Hewitt Drive | From its junction with Larwood Drive for 150 metres westwards and then southwards including turning heads. |
Any objections and representations to the Order must be made in writing and must specify the grounds on which they are made. All correspondence for these proposals must be received at the office of: Hilary Parker, Norfolk County Council, County Hall, Martineau Lane, Norwich, NR1 2DH, by 11th November 2025. They may also be emailed to: trafficorders@norfolk.gov.uk, or via the online Traffic Regulation Order Feedback Form on the Norfolk County Council website (details can be found by searching 2025.800 TRO).
