Buckinghamshire, Multiple Roads, Temporary Closures Due To Various Works

What is happening?

BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL

THE COUNCIL INTENDS TO MAKE

(Windsor Ln, Little Kingshill) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Windsor Ln for approx. 88M.

Alternative route: Windsor Ln, Nags Head Ln, Peterley Ln, Missenden Rd, Stag Ln, Copes Rd, Heath End Rd and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Cadent Gas mains replacement commence on 25 October 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 25 October 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

(Cheapside Ln, Denham) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Cheapside Ln for approx. 43M.

Alternative route: Oxford Rd, Denham Ave, Old Mill Rd, Denham Roundabout, A40, Village Rd, Ashmead Ln, Cheapside Ln and vice versa. The closure is required whilst ducting for fibre installation commence on 27 October 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 27 October 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

(Horsleys Green Rd, Bigmore Ln, Horsleys Green) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Horsleys Green Rd, Bigmore Ln for approx. 537M.

Alternative route: Wycombe Rd, Marlow Rd, Stokenchurch Rd, Finings Rd, Bolter End Ln, Piddington Ln, Chipps Hill and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Thames Water mains replacement programme commence on 27 October 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 27 October 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

(Kiln Ln, Cores End) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Kiln Ln for approx. 58M.

Alternative route: Kiln Ln, Hawks Hill, Harvest Hill and vice versa. The closure is required whilst sewer connection works commence on 10 November 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 10 November 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
