Herefordshire Council Notice of Continuation

Notice is hereby given that Herefordshire Council made the PUBLIC FOOTPATH EX23, EYE (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2024

temporarily closing the said footpath at OS Grid Reference SO 3498 6254. The closure is required due to a damaged footbridge.

There is no alternative route.

A copy of the order and plan may be seen at www.herefordshire.gov.uk The Order continues in force from 18 October 2025 for a period not exceeding 12 months (unless extended by the Secretary of State) or until any said works have been completed, (whichever is the earlier), or until determined by Herefordshire Council.
