What is happening?

NOTICE is hereby given that the above named Council propose to make these Orders under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32, 35, 45, 46, 49, 53, 84(1) and (2) 101 and 102 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended) the effect of which will be as follows:

  1. To introduce lengths of No Waiting At Any Time on lengths of BIRCHWOOD CRESCENT towards the junction with Denis Road
  2. To Introduce No Entries (except for Pedal Cycles) on BIRCHWOOD CRESCENT at a point approximately 14 metres west of the junction with Denis Road (for westbound traffic) and at a point approximately 19 metres west of the junction with Denis Road (for eastbound traffic)

Full details of these proposals are in the draft Orders which, together with the plans and a statement of the Council’s reasons for the proposals, will be made available on request

Any person wishing to object to the proposed Orders should write to the Assistant Director – Transport & Connectivity at Place, Prosperity & Sustainability Directorate, Birmingham City Council, PO Box 14439, Birmingham B2 2JE stating the grounds for objection by 18th November 2025.
