Crown Street and Fox’s Lane - Restriction of Waiting and Parking

PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Wolverhampton City
Council proposes to make the following Order under
Sections 1, 2 and 124(1)(d) and Part IV of Schedule 9 of
the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other
enabling powers. The effect of the Order is as follows:

(WEDNESFIELD) (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION
OF WAITING AND STREET PARKING PLACES)
(AMENDMENT NO 2) ORDER 2025
This Order will prohibit any vehicle to wait at any time in
parts of Crown Street and Fox’s Lane.
Existing Traffic Regulation Orders will be revoked to the
extent necessary to facilitate the provisions of this Order.
A copy of the Order, Statement of Reason and Plan showing
the parts of the roads affected by the Orders may be
inspected during normal office hours at the Main Reception,
Civic Centre, St Peter's Square, Wolverhampton and

Any objection(s) to the proposed Orders should be made in
writing to the undersigned by the 14 November 2025
