ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(BLACK BULL LANE, PRESTON, PRESTON CITY) (MANDATORY CYCLE LANE) ORDER 202*
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lancashire County Council propose to make the above Traffic Regulation Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to introduce a mandatory cycle lane in Black Bull Lane, Preston, the west side, from a point 11 metres south of its junction with the centreline of Conway Drive to a point 45.5 metres south of its junction with the centreline of Ingle Head.
A copy of the draft Order and associated documents for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Preston City Council, PO Box 10, Town Hall, Lancaster Road, Preston, PR1 2RL and at the offices of The Director of Law and Governance, Lancashire County Council, County Hall, Fishergate, Preston PR1 8XJ, and on Lancashire County Councils Website
