LONDON BOROUGH OF HILLINGDON THE HILLINGDON (OFF STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER 1985 (AMENDMENT NO. 10) ORDER 2025
What is happening?
Hillingdon Council gives notice that on 31st October 2025 it made the above Order to designate the parking areas adjacent to the Beck Theatre as operational car park at all times, introducing parking charges as set out in the Schedule below. A permit scheme for staff, performers and Grassy Meadow Court staff applies. A copy of the Order which will come into operation on 10th November 2025 can be seen by appointment at the Civic Centre, Uxbridge during normal office hours, for six weeks following the date on which this notice is published. A copy of the Order can be obtained from the Transport & Projects team, by email parkingmanagementschemes@hillingdon.gov.uk. If any person wishes to question the validity of this Order or any of the provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which this Order was made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
