(24-045) (VARIOUS ROADS, PEASEDOWN ST JOHN,
BATH) (PROHIBITION OF STOPPING, WAITING,
LOADING AND PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Bath and North East Somerset Council has made an order under provisions contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will introduce the following variations to restrictions in North East Somerset Area:-
1. Introduce No Parking At Any Time in lengths of Foxcote Avenue, Orchard Way, Roman Way and Wellow Lane, Peasedown St John.
2. Introduce a Loading Only Bay in lengths of Foxcote Avenue, Peasedown St John.
3. Introduce No Stopping/No Waiting/No Loading At Any Time on lengths of Foxcote Avenue, Peasedown St John.
4. Introduce 2 hour limited waiting, operating 8am - 6pm in lengths of Foxcote Avenue, Peasedown St John, Bath.
5. Introduce Bus Stop Clearway in lengths of Foxcote Avenue and Orchard Way, Peasedown St John, Bath.
The order will come into operation on 1st December 2025.

Any person who desires to question the validity of, or any provision contained in the order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any of the relevant requirements of that Act has not been complied with in relation to the order, may within six weeks after the date on which the order was made, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
