BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 (AS AMENDED) SECTION 14(2) (COVENTRY ROAD, TYSELEY & HAY MILLS) (17093617) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
What is happening?
NOTICE is hereby given that Birmingham City Council have made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle to enter Berkley Road East at its junction with Coventry Road.
The temporary Order is required to facilitate Carriageway Resurfacing and Civil Works in Safety.
An alternative route for vehicles affected by this Order will be signed on site.
Access to frontages will be maintained as necessary.
These prohibitions shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by The Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
The Order will come into operation on Thursday 6th November 2025 and will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the works are completed whichever is the earlier.
