What is happening?

TEMPORARY CLOSURE C206 ASHMEAD (CAM PARISH) STROUD DISTRICT
Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the C206 Ashmead Road from its junction with Cam Green to outside the Allotment Gardens for a distance of approximately 105 metres.
The reason for the said closure is for pipe renewal works by Severn Trent Water.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE C375 BRADLEY STREET
(WOTTON UNDER EDGE TOWN) STROUD DISTRICT
Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the C375 Bradley Street from its junction with Westfields to outside of the property known as ‘No. 4 Bradley Street’ for a distance of approximately 60 metres.
The reason for the said closure is for water connection works on behalf of Severn Trent Water
The said road is expected to be closed from 20th October 2025 to 22nd October 2025. However, if the works are not completed by this date the Order can remain in force for up to eighteen months or until the said works have been completed, whichever is sooner.

(WOTTON UNDER EDGE TOWN) STROUD DISTRICT
Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the B4060 Gloucester Street from its junction with Bear Street to outside of the property known as No.18 Gloucester Street for a distance of approximately 145 metres.
The reason for the said closure is for works on behalf of Severn Trent Water
The said road is expected to be closed from 23rd October 2025 to 24th October 2025. However, if the works are not completed by this date the Order can remain in force for up to eighteen months or until the said works have been completed, whichever is sooner.

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, intends to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close and restrict part of the lengths of road as detailed in the Schedule below.

The reason for the said closures and restrictions is for carriageway resurfacing works.
There will be no waiting, stopping or loading permitted throughout the duration of the said works.
The said roads are expected to be closed and restricted, during various times, on a rolling programme commencing 20th October 2025 where the presence of approved signage will indicate whether the closures and restrictions are in force. Further advance warnings of dates/times will be displayed on site prior to the closures and restrictions taking effect. This Order may permit the closure and restriction of the roads in any order, or simultaneously as required. It is anticipated all works will be completed by 28th October 2025.

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, intends to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close and restrict part of the B4058 Bear Street from its junction with Gloucester Street to its junction with High Street for a distance of approximately 113 metres.
The reason for the said closure is for Gas main replacement works.

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, intends to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 401547 Lampern View from outside of the property known as No.19 Lampern View to the end of Lampern View Dead End for a distance of approximately 140 meters.
The reason for the said closure is for carriageway repairs.
The said road is expected to be closed from 1st November 2025 to 31st January 2026 or until the works have been completed. However, if the works are not completed by this date the Order can remain in force for up to eighteen months or until the said works have been completed, whichever is sooner.
