PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 4 STREETHAY PARISH
(TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Staffordshire County Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any pedestrians from proceeding along the section of Public Footpath No. 4 Streethay Parish from 22m north of its intersection with Curborough and Elmhurst Public Footpath No 11 for approximately 207 m to 14m north of the footpath’s southern turn. The closure is required under the provision of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 Section 14 (1) (b) due to enable the former fishing lakes to be drained and infrastructure improvements to take place.
An alternative route is available.
A plan will be displayed on site to show the length of path to be closed and unaffected rights of way in the area.
This Order will come into operation on 11th November 2025 and will remain in force for a period of six months or until the risk of danger to the public is over, whichever is the earlier. If necessary, after six months, the Order may be extended for a further period with the approval of the Secretary of State.

(CIVIL ENFORCEMENT OF PARKING) (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND LOADING AND PARKING PLACES)
(CONVERSION) ORDER 2009 (AMENDMENT) NO.54 / 2025
Staffordshire County Council on 11/11/2025 made a Traffic Regulation Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce no waiting at any time on Cleeton Street Cannock Documents may be examined during opening hours at Staffordshire Place 1, Tipping Street, Stafford, ST16 2DH, and at Cannock Library, Manor Avenue Cannock, Staffordshire, WS11 1AA or email: trafficandnetwork@staffordshire.gov.uk quoting CDT6625 – 2418. Persons questioning the validity or provisions of the Order on the grounds that such powers are not conferred by the Act, or that any requirement or instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, may within 6 weeks from the date the Order was made apply to the High Court. The Order will commence on 12/11/2025
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along:
Knowle Ln and Cricket Ln, Lichfield. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=GB146160550. The Order will come into operation on 10/11/25 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 21/11/25. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the new substation and electricity cable works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

The Order will come into operation on 11/11/25 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed on the same day. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the pole renewal works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
Croxall Rd Old Rd, Alrewas. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=145080818. The Order will come into operation on 13/11/25 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 14/11/25. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the rerailing works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council on 21/10/25 made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along:
Grange Ln, Elmhurst. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=144861108. The Order will come into operation on 24/10/25 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 24/10/25. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the pole replacement works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
