(PARK MILL LANE, FLUSHDYKE)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC)  ORDER (NO 327) 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Wakefield has made an Order on traffic management grounds for litter picking, grass cutting, road sweeping, tree pruning & gully cleaning to be carried out as follows:-

ROAD TO BE CLOSED: Park Mill Lane, Flushdyke. The Order shall also have the effect of closing any roads at their junctions the closed length of Park Mill Lane.

ALTERNATIVE ROUTES: Batley Road, Flanshaw Lane,

Flanshaw Way, Albert Drive, Wakefield Road & vice versa. PERIOD OF CLOSURE: From and including 29th October 2025 between 09.30 hours and 15.30 hours, or until completion of the works, whichever is sooner.

Access to the premises on the closed length of road will be maintained whenever possible.

(WOOLLEY EDGE LANE, WOOLLEY)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC)  ORDER (NO 328) 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Wakefield has made an Order on traffic management grounds for repair of telecoms apparatus to be carried out as follows:-

ROAD TO BE CLOSED: Woolley Edge Lane, Woolley from Haigh Lane junction to opposite Rivendell. The Order shall also have the effect of closing any roads at their junctions the closed length of Woolley Edge Lane.

ALTERNATIVE ROUTES: Cliff Road, High Street, Standbridge Lane, A6186, A61, Shaw Lane, Staincross Common, Windhill Lane, Woolley Edge Lane & vice versa.

Residents access to be maintained where possible.

PERIOD OF CLOSURE: From and including 28th October 2025 to 30th October 2025 between 09.30 hours and 14.30 hours, or until completion of the works, whichever is sooner. Access to the premises on the closed length of road will be maintained whenever possible.

(STANDBRIDGE LANE, WAKEFIELD)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC)  ORDER (NO 329) 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Wakefield has made an Order on traffic management grounds for resurfacing works to be carried out as follows:ROAD TO BE CLOSED: Standbridge Lane, Wakefield at the junction with the Asdale Road roundabouts. The Order shall also have the effect of closing any roads at their junctions the closed length of Standbridge Lane.

ALTERNATIVE ROUTES: Standbridge Lane, Bull Lane, Fairbrook Road, Boyne Hill, School Hill, Barnsley Road & vice versa.

HGV route – Asdale Road, Denby Dale Road, Ings Road, Kirkgate, Barnsley Road & vice versa.

PERIOD OF CLOSURE: From and including 26th October 2025 to 30th October 2025 weekdays between 20.00 hours and 06.00 hours and Sunday 16.00 hours to 06.00 hours, open all other times, or until completion of the works, whichever is sooner.

Access to the premises on the closed length of road will be maintained whenever possible.

(ATTLEE STREET, NORMANTON)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC)  ORDER (NO 331) 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Wakefield has made an Order on traffic management grounds renew comms pipe to be carried out as follows:ROAD TO BE CLOSED: Attlee Street, Normanton for approximately 30 metres. The Order shall also have the effect of closing any roads at their junctions the closed length of Attlee Street.

ALTERNATIVE ROUTES: Attlee Street, Garth Avenue, Dalefield Road, Henderson Avenue, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Woodhouse Crescent, Attlee Street & vice versa.

PERIOD OF CLOSURE: From and including 28th October 2025 at 08.00 hours to 30th October 2025 at 18.00 hours or until completion of the works, whichever is sooner. Access to the premises on the closed length of road will be maintained whenever possible.

(SILCOATES LANE, WRENTHORPE)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC)  ORDER (NO 332) 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Wakefield has made an Order on traffic management grounds for landing of telecoms mast to be carried out as follows:ROAD TO BE CLOSED: Silcoates Lane, Wrenthorpe for approximately 300 metres. The Order shall also have the effect of closing any roads at their junctions the closed length of Silcoates Lane.

ALTERNATIVE ROUTES: Silcoates Lane, Wrenthorpe Lane, Sunny Hill, Wrenthorpe Lane & vice versa.

PERIOD OF CLOSURE: From and including 28th October 2025 to 31st October 2025 or until completion of the works, whichever is sooner.

Access to the premises on the closed length of road will be maintained whenever possible.

(SCHOOL LANE, WALTON)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC)  ORDER (NO 344) 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Wakefield intend to make an Order on traffic management grounds for metalwork repairs and painting affected areas on bridge structure to be carried out as follows:-

ROAD TO BE CLOSED: School Lane, Walton for approximately 20 metres either side of railway bridge. The Order shall also have the effect of closing any roads at their junctions the closed length of School Lane.

ALTERNATIVE ROUTES: Greenside, Shay Lane, School Lane & vice versa

PERIOD OF CLOSURE: From and including 11th November 2025 to 15th November 2025 between 22.00 hours to 07.00 hours or until completion of the works, whichever is sooner. Access to the premises on the closed length of road will be maintained whenever possible.

(WINDHILL VIEW, WAKEFIELD)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC)  ORDER (NO 347) 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Wakefield intend to make an Order on traffic management grounds to complete footway surfacing to be carried out as follows:-

ROAD TO BE CLOSED: Windhill View, Wakefield, full length. The Order shall also have the effect of closing any roads at their junctions the closed length of Windhill View.

ALTERNATIVE ROUTES: N/A

PERIOD OF CLOSURE: From and including 11th November 2025 to 12th November 2025, closed 07.30 hours to 15.30 hours, or until completion of the works, whichever is sooner. Access to the premises on the closed length of road will be maintained whenever possible.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Wakefield intend to make an Order on traffic management grounds to complete footway patching to be carried out as follows:-

ROAD TO BE CLOSED: Arncliffe Road, Wakefield, from the side of numbers 49/51 to the side of numbers 101/103. The Order shall also have the effect of closing any roads at their junctions the closed length of Arncliffe Road.

ALTERNATIVE ROUTES: N/A
