fod Cyngor Gwynedd yn bwriadu dim llai na saith niwrnod ar ôl dyddiad y rhybudd hwn wneud Gorchymyn fydd yn gwahardd unrhyw berson rhag peri i unrhyw gerbyd fynd mewn unrhyw gyfeiriad ar hyd y darn hwnnw o Ffordd y B4391 yn Llan Ffestiniog o bwynt ger ei gyffordd gyda Ffordd yr A4212 gan deithio mewn cyfeiriad gogledd orllewinol am bellter o oddeutu 3.1 cilometr.

Mae angen y Gorchymyn ar sail iechyd a diogelwch i’r cyhoedd yn ystod gwaith ar ran Scottish Power.

Y ffordd arall yw teithio mewn cyfeiriad de orllewinol ar yr A4212 yna troi i’r dde yn y gyffordd gyda’r A470 yn Nhrawsfynydd. Teithio ar y ffordd hon mewn cyfeiriad gogleddol. Yn y gyffordd gyda’r A487 ger Hen Eglwys Tŷ Nant, troi i’r dde i barhau ar yr A470 mewn cyfeiriad gogledd ddwyreiniol hyd at y caead ac i’r gwrthwyneb ar gyfer cerbdyau sydd yn teithio i’r cyfeiriad arall. Bydd mynediad ar gael i drigolion.

Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar y 10fed o Dachwedd 2025 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym am gyfnod na fydd hwy na thair mis neu hyd nes y cwblheir y gwaith y bwriedir ei wneud ar y ffordd, pa un bynnag fyddo gyntaf. Ar hyn o bryd disgwylir y gellir cwblhau’r gwaith o fewn tua 44 diwrnod.

(TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991

THE GWYNEDD COUNCIL
(B4391 ROAD IN LLAN FFESTINIOG)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that the Gwynedd Council intend not less than seven days from the date hereof to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit any person from causing any vehicle to proceed in either direction along that length of B4391 in Llan Ffestiniog from its junction with the A4212 travelling north westerly for a distance of approximately 3.1 Kilometres.

The Order is necessary on health and safety grounds to the public during works on behalf of Scottish Power.

The alternative route is to travel south westerly on the A4212 then turn right at the junction with the A470 in Trawsfynydd. Travel on this road in a northerly direction. At the junction with the A487 by Hen Eglwys Tŷ Nant, turn right to continue on the A470 in a north easterly direction up to the closure and vice versa for vehicles travelling in the opposite direction. Access will be maintained for residents.

The Order comes into effect on the 10th of November, 2025 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding three months or until the work which it is proposed to carry out on the road is completed, whichever is the earlier. At this stage it is anticipated that the work will be completed within approximately 44 days.
