14 (1)(a) (AS AMENDED)


BRIERLEY FOOTPATH 60
TEMPORARY CLOSURE
An order will be made to close a section of Brierley footpath 60 between Brierley Road and Michael’s Estate.
This Order which has a maximum duration of up to six months (if required) shall come into operation on 3 November 2025. The closure will be in place for approx. 5 days.
REASON: Electrical connection works

BARNSLEY PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 427
TEMPORARY CLOSURE
The Secretary of State has authorised a further 6 month extension of the above named order to close Barnsley public footpath no. 427 from Bleachcroft Way to the rear of Barnsley Retail Park at Stairfoot to the 30 Aprill 2026.
REASON: Development works.

HOYLAND FOOTPATH NOS. 5 AND 6 AND WORSBROUGH
FOOTPATH NO. 40 TEMPORARY CLOSURE
The Secretary of State has authorised an extension of the above named Order to close sections of Hoyland footpath nos. 5 and 6 which run between Shortwood and Rockingham to the north of Dearne Valley Parkway and Worsbrough footpath no. 40 connecting to Kestrel Way
for a further 6 months until the 30 April 2026.
Alternative footpaths will be provided on site throughout works.
REASON: To enable final building construction works to be completed.
