Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
(C2160 Western Road, Hagley) (Temporary Closure)
and (A491 Stourbridge Road filter lane) (Prohibition of Right Turn)
and (A491 Stourbridge Road filter lane)
(Prohibition of Left Turn) Order 2025
Proposed Order: To close that part of: a) C2160 Western Road from its junction with A491 Stourbridge Rd to its junction with Amphlett Cl (NSG Ref 04703007). b) A491 Stourbridge Road filter lane to prohibit turning right onto C2160 Western Rd when travelling in a southerly direction, for the duration of the works. c) A491 Stourbridge Road filter lane to prohibit turning left onto C2160 Western Rd when travelling in a northerly direction, for the duration of the works.
Reason: Development works by Chaseown Civil Engineering Ltd.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: A491 Stourbridge Rd, A456 Kidderminster Rd, C2160 Western Rd (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 days. Commencing: 10 November 2025.
