Proposed Order: To close that part of U50332 Constance Rd from its junction with U50330 Old Northwick Ln to its junction with U50332 Lugano Rd.

Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.

Alternative route: U50330 Old Northwick Ln, U50332 Lugano Rd and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days between 10 November 2025 and 25 November 2025.

(C2276 Dunley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: To close that part of C2276 Dunley from its junction with U64409 Reynolds Ln to its junction with A451 Dunley.

Reason: Pole replacement by Openreach.

Alternative route: A451 Dunley, A451 Stourport Rd, A443 Worcester Rd, B4202 Apostles Oak, B4202 Clows Top Rd, C2071 Apostles Oak, C2276 The Village, C2276 Abberley, C2276 Dunley (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 6 November 2025.

(U52203 Ransom Avenue, Worcester) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: To close that part of U52203 Ransom Ave from its junction with A38 Bath Rd to its junction with U52205 Barnes Way and vice versa.

Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC.

Alternative route: A38 Bath Rd, U52228 Norton Rd, U52205 Aldersey Rd, U52205 Barnes Way and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 22 days (24hrs). Commencing: 10 November 2025.

(U52305 Cavendish Street, Worcester) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: To close that part of U52305 Cavendish St from its junction with U52306 Berwick St to its junction with U52303 Orchard St.

Reason: Replacement manhole cover by STW.

Alternative route: U52303 Orchard St, U52306 Berwick St and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 11 November 2025.

Proposed Order: To close that part of U62416 Peachley Ln from its junction with U62418 Peachley Gardens to its junction with U62417 Church Ln.

Reason: New customer connection by Total Utility Connections.

No access for emergency services, must follow diversion route.

Alternative route: U62416 Peachley Ln (part), B4204 Sailors Bank, U62417 Church Ln and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 7 days (24hrs). Commencing: 10 November 2025.

Proposed Order: To close that part of U47629 Shrubbery Rd from its junction with U47630 Laurel Cl to its junction with C2115 Stonebow Rd.

Reason: Replacement Water Main by STW.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 8 days (24hrs). Commencing: 10 November 2025.

Proposed Order: To close that part of U52104 Kilbury Dr from its junction with U52140 Walkers Ln to its junction with U52103 Dinchall Rd.

Reason: Carriageway work by WCC.

(U54278 Hanbury Avenue, Worcester) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: To close that part of U54278 Hanbury Ave from its junction with U54268 Hanbury Park Rd for a distance of 123 metres in a northerly direction.

Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.

Alternative route: U54278 Bloomfield Rd, U54279 Catherine Rd, U54268 Swinton Ln, U54268 Hanbury Park Rd and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day between 10 November 2025 and 14 November 2025

Proposed Order: To close that part of U51010 Vigornia Ave from its junction with U51007 Gillam St to its junction with U51009 Mayfield Rd.

Reason: Street lighting by Prysmian Cables and Systems (Street Lighting).

No access for emergency services. Must follow diversion route.

Alternative route: U51009 Mayfield Ave, U51007 Gillam St and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 10 November 2025.

(U50321 Willowslea Road, Worcester) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of U50321 Willowslea Rd from its junction with U50319 Northwick Rd for a distance of 237 metres in an easterly direction.

Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC.

Alternative route: U50319 Northwick Rd, U50322 Hillcrest Rise and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 11 days (24hrs) (No work on weekends) between 20 October 2025 and 3 November 2025.

(U53009 Vincent Road, Worcester) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of U53009 Vincent Rd from its junction with C2290 Wylds Ln for a distance of 60 metres in a northerly direction.

Reason: Electricity cable replacement by National Grid.

Alternative route: U53009 Vincent Rd (part), U53009 Cecil Rd, U53006 Stanley Rd, C2290 Wylds Ln and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days. Commencing: 21 October 2025.

(C2109 Sidings Road to Station Road, Wadborough) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of C2109 Sidings Rd to Station Rd from its junction with C2109 Mill Ln to its junction with C2202 Hill Rd.

Reason: Removal of crossing by Centurion Traffic.

Alternative route: C2109 Mill Ln, C2100 Besford Rd, U47624 Crabbe Ln, C2056 Rebecca Rd, C2109 Croome D’Abitot and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 night (23:00-09:00). Commencing: 18 October 2025.

Proposed Order: To close that part of U62416 Peachley Ln from its junction with U62418 Peachley Gardens to its junction with U62417 Church Ln.

Reason: Replacement water main by STW.

Alternative route: U62416 Peachley Ln (part), B4204 Sailors Bank, U62417 Church Ln and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days (24hrs). Commencing: 10 November 2025.

EXEMPTIONS: TO PERMIT ACCESS TO ANY LAND OR PREMISES FRONTING THE HIGHWAY AFFECTED WHERE THERE IS NO OTHER FORM OF ACCESS; AND TO ALLOW THE WORKS TO BE UNDERTAKEN.

[Disabled Persons’ Parking Space on Wylds Lane, Worcester]

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to create a disabled persons’ parking space on the following lengths and sides of roads in Worcester: Wylds Lane (south side of the road) from a point 43 metres from its junction with Albert Road for a distance of 6.6 metres in a north westerly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons’ vehicles.
