Cromwell Road, Temporary Road Closure Due To Sewer Cleansing Works
What is happening?

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 AS AMENDED BY THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 SECTION 14(1) TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
CROMWELL ROAD N3
The BARNET LONDON BOROUGH COUNCIL HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that owing for the need to facilitate sewer cleansing works, they intend to make an Order which will close Cromwell Road N3, between its junctions Long Lane and Avondale Road, while the works take place. The works will commence on Saturday 1st November 2025 at 8.00am and is expected to last for 1 day.
The alternative route for motorists will be via Long Lane, Montpelier Road, Avondale Road and vice versa.
Nothing in the above paragraphs shall apply to anything done with the permission of or at the direction of a Police Officer in uniform or other uniformed personnel authorised by the Commissioner of the Metropolis.
