Proposed development at Land at Chandlers Farm, Fox Lane, Eversley Cross, Hook Hampshire RG27 0NQ by CEMEX UK Operations Limited Hampshire County Council has received an application for planning permission for: Planning application to vary conditions 1, 2 and 22 of planning permission 19/02866/HCC dated 5 April 2023 to extend the duration of the permission for the completion The application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement. The proposed development affects public right of way Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, the plans and other documents submitted with the application on the Development Management website at https://planning.hants.gov.uk/Planning/Display/HCC/2025/0677 or by making arrangements directly with the Case Officer to view a paper copy of the application. Members of the public may obtain copies of the environmental statement from CEMEX House Binley Business Park, Harry Weston Road, Coventry CV32TY at a charge of £200 or on CD for £20, or via email at cemex.planning@gmail.com The documents can also be downloaded from the Development Management website at the address given above. Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application should make their comments online via the link above by clicking on “comment on this application” or by post to Development Management, Universal Services, The Castle, Winchester, Hampshire, SO23 8UD, by 12 December 2025. Representations must include a name and address to be accepted. You should not include any confidential or sensitive information in your comments.
