Ring Road - Temporary Prohibition of Traffic
What is happening?
PUBLIC NOTICE
THE WOLVERHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL
(RING ROAD) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION
OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wolverhampton City
Council propose to make an Order under Section 14(1)(a)
of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as substituted by
the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991,
prohibiting vehicles from turning right from the Ring Road
(A4150) on to Broad Street (A4124).
The Order may operate for a maximum period of eighteen
months, but it is anticipated that the works will be
undertaken from 3 November 2025 until 5 November 2025,
between the hours of 09:30 and 14:30.
The diversion route is: Ring Road (A4150).
The Order is required to facilitate the repair of the footway
and kerb edge defects by CWC Highway Maintenance.
