What is happening?

(OFF STREET CAR PARK) (CONTROL OF USE) ORDER 2002

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sheffield City Council proposes to make Orders under the provisions of Sections 1, 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 46A, 49, 51, 53, 84 and 124(1)(c), (d) (f) and Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order will be to introduce:
Monday to Friday 8:00am to 6:30pm waiting limited to 6 hours no return 4 hours on Kimberley Street Car Park, Zion Lane Car Park, Shortridge Street Car Park, Baltic Road Car Park and Bodmin Street Car Park.
A copy of the proposed Order, plans showing the roads concerned and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined during normal opening hours at First Point Reception, Howden House, 1 Union Street, Sheffield, S1 2SH or in Proposed Traffic Orders on the Council website at

Any observations, either supporting or objecting to the proposed Order, including the grounds for your objection, should be sent in writing to the undersigned by 20 November 2025
