BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL INSTALLATION OF ROAD HUMPS EGGHILL LANE, FRANKLEY GREAT PARK

What is happening?

NOTICE is hereby given that above named Council proposes under Section 90A of the Highways Act 1980 to construct speed cushions up to a maximum height of 75mm, at the following approximate locations, for the purpose of reducing speed:
1. EGGHILL LANE – approximately outside property no. 1
2. EGGHILL LANE – approximately outside property no. 24
3. EGGHILL LANE – approximately outside property no. 29
4. EGGHILL LANE – approximately outside property no. 64
5. EGGHILL LANE – approximately outside Reservoir Cottage
Full details of these proposals which, together with the plans and a statement of the Council’s reasons for the proposals, will be made available on request. Any person wishing to object to the proposed speed cushions should write to the Assistant Director – Transport & Connectivity at Place, Prosperity & Sustainability Directorate, Birmingham City Council, PO Box 14439, Birmingham B2 2JE stating the grounds for objection by the 13th November 2025.
