Notification of Road Closure for Special Event

Notice is hereby given that Fermanagh and Omagh District Council using powers under Article 8A of the Road Traffic Regulation (Northern Ireland) Order 1997, proposes to temporarily restrict or prohibit vehicles using the following roads on the dates indicated for the events listed:

Enniskillen Christmas Light Switch On Saturday 22nd November 2025 between 1530pm & 1830pm.

Roads to be affected:

Townhall Street (inc Castle Place), High Street, Church Street.

Applicant: Thomas Ferris, Urban Events NI.

Alternative routes will be signed.

A copy of the road closure request application form and route and diversion maps may be inspected in person during normal office hours at the following address: Fermanagh and Omagh District Council (Licensing Section) County Buildings, Enniskillen, Co Fermanagh.

Written representations may be sent to the above address or e-mailed to licensing@fermanaghomagh.com by 5pm on 06/11/2025; representations received after this date will not be considered.
