TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE U2814 BACK ROAD, MIDDLETON
Suffolk County Council intends to make an order closing the U2814 Back Road, Middleton from the junction with Rectory Road to the junction with The Street to facilitate the installation of a telegraph pole. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.
Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.
The diversion route will be Rectory Road, The Street and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate from 28/10/2025 - 29/10/2025 from 8am - 6pm but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the C450 Ipswich Road, Offton from The Mutton to The Croft to facilitate fibre ducting works. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.
Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.
The diversion route will be Main Road, Nettlestead, Main Road, Somersham, Somersham Road, Little Blakenham, Leather Bottle Hill, Somersham Road, Bramford the B1113, Grinstead Hill, the B1078, Willisham Road, Main Road, Willisham, Willisham Hall Road, Ipswich Road and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate from 17/10/2025 - 19/10/2025 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

The diversion route will be the A1071, Burstall Road, Sproughton Corner, The Street, Burstall, Church Hill, Ipswich Road, Burstall, Burstall Hill, Elmsett Road, Ipswich Road, Elmsett, Ipswich Road, Aldham, The Street, Aldham, the road from the 8407 to the C724, Red Hill and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate from 27/10/2025 - 31/10/2025 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF 7.5 TONNES WEIGHT RESTRICTION AND PROHIBITION OF WAITING ON PART OF THE B1113 HIGH STREET, SPROUGHTON
Suffolk County Council intends to make an order prohibiting waiting on the B1113 High Street, Sproughton from Forge House to no. 14 to facilitate excavation works. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.
For the duration of this closure there will also be a suspension of the 7.5 tonne weight restriction on the B1113 High Street, Sproughton.
It is intended that these measures will operate from 27/10/2025 - 29/10/2025 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).
