CHESHIRE EAST BOROUGH COUNCIL NOTICE OF DISPOSAL OF PUBLIC OPEN SPACE LAND
What is happening?
In accordance with section 123(2A) of the Local Government
Act 1972 (as amended) NOTICE is given that Cheshire East
Borough Council intends to dispose of land on the south side
of Walker Lane, Sutton Macclesfield SK11 0HU which is adjacent
to 53 Walker Lane.
Details of the proposal and plans identifying the precise
location of the land is available for inspection during its
opening hours at Macclesfield Library. Jordangate, Macclesfield

Objections or representations to the intended disposal must
be made in writing, stating the grounds for objection and
addressed to the Head of Legal Services, Cheshire East Borough
Council, c/o Delamere House, Delamere Street, Crewe, CW1 2LL
reference REE053075 before Friday the 14th November 2025.
