HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin, ar y 23ain o Hydref Dwy Fil a Dau Ddeg Tri, wedi gwneud Gorchymyn, a deddf o dan weithred drawyddedol rhag mynd ar hyd y darn hwnnw o Lwybr Troed 51/O/52, o Heol Cwmfferws wrth fynedfa Rhif 90, a theithio tua’r gogledd-ddwyrain yn gyffredinol dros bont i gerbydau ac yna troi i fynd ar lwybr i gerddwyr sy’n parhau trwy goetir cyn ymuno heibio tai Rhif 1 a Rhif 2 Teras Rhos a chwrdd â Llwybr Troed 51/46.
Mae angen cau’r llwybr troed oherwydd mae’r tebygolrwydd o berygl i’r cyhoedd a achosir gan strwythur pont beryglus yn parhau.
Daeth y Gorchymyn i rym ar y pumtheg ar hugain o Hydref Dwy Fil a Dau Ddeg Tri ac roedd i fod i ddod i ben ar ôl cyfnod o chwe mis, ond mae’r tebygolrwydd o berygl i’r cyhoedd yn parhau ar Lwybr Troed 51/O/52, felly mae Ysgrifennydd y Cabinet i Ogledd Cymru a Thrafnidiaeth, un o Weinidogion Cymru, wedi cydsynio yn unol ag Adran 15(5) Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygwyd gan Ddeddf Traffig Ffyrdd (Cyfunoadau Dros Dro) 1991) i ymestyn y cyfnod cau am gyfnod pellach o 6 mis. Bydd parhad y Gorchymyn, yn ôl cyfarwyddyd, yn cysegwi y bydd y Gorchymyn Cau Dros Dro yn parhau mewn grym tan ac yn cynnwys 24ain o Ebrill 2026 neu nes bydd pellach ddim tebygolrwydd o berygl i’r cyhoedd.
Y Ffordd Arall o Heol Cwmffrws wrth fynedfa Rhif 90, yw i deithio tua’r de ac yna i’r dwyrain ar hyd Heol Cwmffrws i ymuno â Heol Rhydaman a theithio tua’r de-orllewin ar hyd y palmant hyd at y gyffordd â’r C2135. O’r fan hon, teithio tua’r gogledd-orllewin yn gyffredinol ar hyd y palmant i ymuno â’r llwybr troed 51/46, gan ddilyn 51/46 tua’r gogledd ac i’r dwyrain hyd at y gyffordd â’r 51/O/52 ger Teras Rhos.

HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin, ar y 23ain o Hydref Dwy Fil a Dau Ddeg Tri, wedi gwneud Gorchymyn, a oedd yn gwahardd unrhyw gerddwr rhag mynd ar hyd y darn hwnnw o Lwybr Troed 51/120 (Yn Rhanol) - o fynedfa’r safle oddi ar Heol Blaenau, croesi’r bont, ac yna dilyn y trac i gyfeiriad y gorllewin yn gyffredinol hyd at y gyffordd â Llwybr Troed 51/0/36.

Y Ffordd Arall yw i ddilyn Heol Blaenau i gyfeiriad y de-orllewin, ac yna troi tua’r gogledd ar hyd Llwybr Troed 51/0/32 i ail-yrru ar lwybr gwreiddiol.

(Public Footpath 51/0/52 Cwmffrws Road to Rhos Terrace, Tycroes)
(Temporary Prohibition of Pedestrian Traffic) Order 2024
NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council on the 23rd day of October Two Thousand and Twenty Three made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any pedestrian traffic from proceeding along that length of Footpath 51/O/52, from Cwmfferws Road at the entrance to No. 90, in a generally north westerly direction over a vehicular width bridge then turning onto a pedestrian pathway that continues through a strip of woodland before passing no.’s 1 and 2 Rhos Terrace and meeting Footpath 51/46.
The closure is required because the likelihood of danger to the public caused by a dangerous bridge structure remains.
The Order came into force on the Twenty-fifth day of October Two Thousand and Twenty Three and was due to expire after a period of six months, but the likelihood of danger to the public remains on the length of Footpath 51/O/52 therefore the Cabinet Secretary for North Wales and Transport, one of the Welsh Ministers, has pursuant under Section 15(5) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991) consented to extend the closure by a further period of 6 months. The continuation of the Order, by the said direction, will mean that the Temporary Closure Order will remain in force until, and including the 24th April 2026 or until there is no longer a likelihood of danger to the public.
The Alternative Route from Cwmfferws Road at the entrance to No. 90, proceed in a southerly then easterly direction along Cwmfferws Road to join Heol Rhyddaman and traveling south westerly along the pavement to the junction with C2135. From here proceed in a generally north westerly direction along pavement to join footpath 51/46, following this north easterly direction eastwards to its junction with 51/O/52 near Rhos Terrace.

(Temporary Prohibition of Pedestrian Traffic) Order 2024
NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council on the 23rd day of October Two Thousand and Twenty Three made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any pedestrian traffic from proceeding along that length of Footpath 51/120 (Part) - from site entrance off Blaenau Road, crossing bridge, then following track in a generally westerly direction to junction with Footpath 51/O/36.
The closure is required because the likelihood of danger to the public caused by a dangerous bridge structure remains.
