NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley on – 15th October 2025 made the above-mentioned Orders under Sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other enabling powers. The Order will come into operation on 24th October 2025.

The effect of the Orders would be to:

(a) introduce/extend waiting restrictions as set out in the Schedule to this Notice;

(b) introduce pay by phone parking operating Monday to Sunday 8.00 am – 6.30pm as set out in the Schedule to this Notice.

Details of prohibitions and exemptions for certain vehicles and persons are contained in the original Order.

Copies of the Order may be inspected by during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays at Bromley Council, Churchill Court, Westmoreland Road, Bromley BR1 1AS, or by emailing TrafficManagementOrders@Bromley.gov.uk

until the expiration of a period of 6 weeks from the date of the making the Order.

ANY person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any of their provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act or that any requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with, may within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court

SCHEDULE:-
WAITING RESTRICTIONS
No Waiting At Any Time:-

WORSLEY BRIDGE ROAD, Beckenham, (a) the south west side, (i) from a point 31m north west of the north western kerbline of Coppres Copse Road north westwards for a distance of 21m; (b) the north east side, (i) from a point 63m north west of the north western kerbline of Greycot Road north westwards for a distance of 169m.

PAY BY PHONE PARKING

Pay by Phone parking £0.70 per hour, £1.40 for 2 hours, £2.10 for 3 hours, £2.80 for 4 hours, £3.50 for 5 hours, £4.20 for all day parking between 8.00am and 6.30pm on Mondays to Sundays inclusive, except Public Holidays and Bank Holidays:-

WORSLEY BRIDGE ROAD, Beckenham, (a) the south west side, (i) from a point 74m north west of the north western kerbline of Copers Cope Road north westwards for a distance of 163m.
