THE COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF MIDDLESBROUGH (DALCROSS COURT, HEMLINGTON) TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2025
What is happening?
The Council of the Borough of Middlesbrough gives notice
that it proposes to make an Order under section 14(1)
of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and any other
enabling powers over an area of the highway described
in the Schedule hereto and as shown by the solid black
line and numbered 1 to 4 on the plan referenced TTRO2025-03 attached to the Order because works are being
or are proposed to be executed on or near the footpath.
An alternative route will be available for use while the
Order is in force as shown by the dashed line on the
aforementioned plan and will be signed on site. The
footpath will be closed from 3rd November 2025 for six
months. The Order may be extended with the approval
of the Secretary of State for Transport. Access will be
maintained for any person being an owner, lessee, tenant
or occupier of those premises adjoining the said length(s)
of footpath. A copy of the draft Order may be inspected
free of charge at Newport Community Hub, St Pauls Road,
Middlesbrough, TS1 5NQ and on the Council's website
www.middlesbrough.gov.uk.

SCHEDULE - Footpaths to be temporarily diverted.
Footpath No 1 - From behind 89 Dalcross Court in a
southerly direction to a point behind 109 Dalcross Court.
Footpath No. 2 - From a point behind 99 Dalcross Court in
a southerly direction to a point behind 101 Dalcross Court.
Footpath No. 3 - From a point near 99 Dalcross Court in a
westerly direction to a point behind the Garages near 91
Dalcross Court. Footpath No. 4 - Behind the Garages near
91 Dalcross Court to a point behind 113 Dalcross Court.
