LONDON BOROUGH OF BROMLEYTHE BROMLEY (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) ORDER 2003(AMENDMENT NO. 237) ORDER 2025THE BROMLEY (CONTROLLED PARKING) (ON STREET PLACES)ORDER 2004 (AMENDMENT NO. 146) ORDER 2025(VARIOUS LOCATIONS)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley on 7th October 2025 made the above-mentioned Order under Sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other enabling powers. The Order will come into operation on 17th October 2025.

The effect of the Orders would be to: (a) Introduce new 'at any time' waiting restrictions as set out in Schedule 1 to this Notice; (b) Convert existing 'free' parking bays to Pay by Phone parking bays as set out in Schedules 2 and 3 to this Notice.

Details of prohibitions and exemptions for certain vehicles and persons are contained in the original Orders. Copies of the Order may be inspected by during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays at Bromley Council, Churchill Court, Westmoreland Road, Bromley BR1 1AS, or by emailing TrafficManagementOrders@Bromley.gov.uk until the expiration of a period of 6 weeks from the date of the making the Order. ANY person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any of their provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the enabling Act or that any requirement has not been complied with, may within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.

SCHEDULE 1 WAITING RESTRICTIONS - No Waiting at Any Time: - Glebe View, WEST WICKHAM: (a) north-east (i) the service road fronting Nos. 32 to 62, from a point 2m east of a point opposite the western flank wall of No. 32 westward for a distance of 1.3m (ii) the service road fronting Nos. 32 to 62, from a point 4m east of a point opposite the pair wall of Nos. 60 & 62 eastward for a distance of 3m.

SCHEDULE 2 PAY BY PHONE BAY - Operating between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Saturday inclusive: Petsi Wood Road, Orpington, BR5: (a) south (i) from a point 6m east of the common boundary of Nos. 141 & 143 eastward for a distance of 6m (ii) from a point 6m east of the common boundary of Nos. 145 & 147 eastward for a distance of 6m (iii) from a point 6m east of the common boundary of Nos. 149 & 151 eastward for a distance of 6m (iv) from a point 6m east of the common boundary of Nos. 153 & 155 eastward for a distance of 6m (v) from a point 6m east of the common boundary of Nos. 157 & 159 eastward for a distance of 6m (vi) from a point 6m east of the common boundary of Nos. 161 & 163 eastward for a distance of 6m (vii) from a point 4m east of the common boundary of Nos. 165 & 167 eastward for a distance of 6m (viii) from a point 6m east of the common boundary of Nos. 169 & 171 eastward for a distance of 6m.

SCHEDULE 3 PAY BY PHONE BAY - Operating between 8.30am and 6.30pm Monday to Saturday inclusive: Croydon Road, Beckenham: (a) north (i) from the western flank wall of Nos. 162 to 166 and Nos. 176 to 180 westward for a distance of 5m (ii) from a point 5m east of the party wall of Nos. 119 and 121/123 eastward for a distance of 3m (iii) from a point 5m east of the party wall of Nos. 139 to 145 inclusive eastward for a distance of 3m (iv) from a point 5m east of the party wall of Nos. 149 to 151 eastward for a distance of 3m.

Eden Park Avenue, Beckenham: (a) west (i) from a point 12m south of the boundary to a point 2m south-eastward for a distance of 9m.

Palace Parade, Bromley, BR1: (a) north (i) from a point 6m south of the boundary of Nos. 7 and 8 Sundridge Parade westward to a point 3m east of the party wall of Nos. 10 and 11 Sundridge Parade and from a point 3m east of the party wall of Nos. 12 and 13 Sundridge Parade to a point 3m east of the party wall of Nos. 24 to 26.
