PUBLIC NOTICE

LONDON BOROUGH OF BROMLEYTHE BROMLEY (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) ORDER 2003 (AMENDMENT NO. 11) ORDER 2021THE BROMLEY (CONTROLLED PARKING) (ON STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2004 (AMENDMENT NO. 10) ORDER 2025.VARIOUS LOCATIONS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley on 15th October 2025 made the above-mentioned Order under Sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other enabling powers. The Order will come into operation on 24th October 2025.

The effect of the Orders would be to: (a) Introduce permit parking restrictions on Westgate Road and Westmacott Close as set out in the Schedule to this notice; (b) Change the waiting restriction on the whole of the junction of Foxgrove Road, the north side, from 8.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday to 9.30am to 2.30pm Monday to Friday.

Details of prohibitions and exemptions for certain vehicles and persons are contained in the original Order.

Copies of the Order may be inspected at Bromley Civic Centre, Stockwell Dome, Bromley Library and at the Council’s website between 9.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday until the expiry of the period of 6 weeks from the date of this Notice.

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Local Government Act, or that any requirement of the Act or of any relevant regulations has not been complied with, may within 6 weeks from the date on which this Order was made, apply to the High Court.

SCHEDULE 1 - PERMIT PARKING PERMIT PARKING Monday - Saturday, 7.30am - 9.30am and 2.30pm - 6.00pm

WESTGATE ROAD, Bromley: (a) the western side, between its junction with Foxgrove Road and the junction with Park Road; (b) the eastern side, from the junction with Foxgrove Road and Park Road to the junction with Westmacott Close.

WESTMACOTT CLOSE, Bromley: (a) the north side, from its junction with Westgate Road to its junction with the turning head; (b) the south side, the entire Close.

SCHEDULE 2 - WAITING RESTRICTION Operating Monday to Friday between 9.30am - 2.30pm

FOXGROVE ROAD, the north side, from a point 31.25 metres from the western kerbline of Westgate Road at its junction with Foxgrove Road for 57.13 metres eastwards.
