CYNGOR BWRDEISTREF SIROL RHONDDA CYNON TAF (HEOL CAS-GWENT A MAES TYLE-COCH, TREORCI) GORCHYMYN (TERFYN CYFLYMDER DROS DRO) 2025 DYMA HYSBYSIAD bod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Rhondda Cynon Taf yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn, ar ol o leiaf 7 diwrnod o ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad yma, o dan Adran 88 Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, fel y'i diwygiwyd gan Ddeddf Traffig Ffyrdd (Cyfyngiadau Dros Dro) 1991, a fydd yn para deunaw mis ar y mwyaf. Mae'r cyfyngiadau'n angenrheidiol er mwyn cyflwyno'r 'Gorchymyn Ffyrdd Cyfyngedig (Terfyn Cyflymder 20 mya) (Cymru) 2022' sydd wedi newid y ffiniau terfyn cyflymder yn y lleoliadau isod. Effaith y Gorchymyn fydd: 1. Cyflwyno terfyn cyflymder 30mya dros dro ar rannau penodol o'r ffyrdd canlynol: a. Heol Cas-gwent Y rhan o Heol Cas-gwent (estyniad lon sengl), Treorci, o bwynt 72 metr i'r gogledd-orllewin o ochr ogleddol Rhif 54 Heol Cas-gwent, i gyfeiriad y gogledd-orllewin, gan ddilyn crymedd y ffordd hyd at ei chyffordd a ffordd sy'n cael ei galw'n Stryd Windsor at Faes Tyle-coch, am bellter sydd oddeutu 353 metr o hyd. b. Stryd Windsor i Faes Tyle-coch Y rhan o ffordd sy'n cael ei galw'n Stryd Windsor hyd at Faes Tyle-coch, o'i chyffordd a Maes Tyle-coch, i gyfeiriad y de-ddwyrain yn gyffredinol, ac yna i gyfeiriad y gogledd-ddwyrain gan ddilyn crymedd y ffordd, am bellter sydd oddeutu 160 metr o hyd. c. Maes Tyle-coch Ffordd Maes Tyle-coch yn ei chyfanrwydd am bellter sydd oddeutu 105 metr o hyd Mae disgwyl i'r cyfyngiadau fod ar waith o 31 Hydref 2025 am gyfnod o 18 mis. Dyddiad 21 Hydref 2025 Andrew Wilkins Cyfarwyddwr y Gwasanaethau Cyfreithiol a Llywodraethol 2 Llys Cadwyn, Stryd Taf, Pontypridd, CF37 4TH RHONDDA CYNON TAFF COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL (CHEPSTOW ROAD AND TYLACOCH PLACE, TREORCHY) (TEMPORARY SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2025 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council, intends, not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order under Section 88 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, which will have a maximum duration of eighteen months. The restrictions are necessary for the introduction of `The Restricted Roads (20 mph Speed Limit) (Wales) Order 2022' which has altered the speed limit boundaries in the below locations. The effect of the Order will be as follows: 1. Introduce a 30mph speed limit on the following lengths of roads: a. Chepstow Road That section of Chepstow Road (single lane extension), Treorchy from a point 72 metres north west of the northern side of No.54 Chepstow Road, in a north west direction, following the curvature of the road to the junction of road known as Windsor Street to Tylacoch Place, a distance of approximately 353 metres b. Windsor Street to Tylacoch Place That section of road known as Windsor Street to Tylacoch Place from its junction with Tylacoch Place in a general south easterly and then north easterly direction following the curvature of the road, for a distance of approximately 160 metres. c. Tylacoch Place Tylacoch Place in its entirety for a distance of approximately 105 metres The restrictions are expected to be in operation from 31st October 2025 for a period of 18 months.
