RHODDIR RHYBUDD fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Conwy wedi gwneud Gorchymyn i wahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag mynd ar hyd y darn hwnnw o Ffordd Carmel, Carmel (ffordd gerbydau) am tua 40m gogledd o’r trac.

Mae angen y Gorchymyn er mwyn caniatáu gwaith ar ran Dwr Cymru. Caniateir mynediad i gerddwyr ac i’r gwasanaethau brys tra bydd y ffordd ar gau. Bydd y llwybr amgen ar hyd Dyffryn Aur Road i’r A548 ac yn ôl i Ffordd Carmel ac fel arall.

Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 20 Hydref 2025. Disgwylir y bydd y ffordd ar gau am gyfnod o ddim mwy na pythefnos.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1)

Conwy County Borough Council (Ffordd Carmel Carmel) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic)

Order 2025

NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Conwy County Borough Council has made an Order to prohibit vehicles to proceed in that length of Ffordd Carmel, Carmel (carriageway) approximately 40m north of the track.

The Order is necessary to facilitate works on behalf of Welsh Water. Pedestrian and Emergency access will be maintained. The alternative route will be via Dyffryn Aur Road onto the A548 and back onto Ffordd Carmel and vice versa.

The Order comes into effect on 20 October 2025. It is anticipated that the road will be closed for a maximum period of 2 weeks.
