Mae Cyngor Sir Ddinbych yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn dim cyn na 7 niwrnod o 15 Hydref 2025 a fydd yn gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag teithio ar hyd y darn hwnnw o’r ffordd dosbarth III o gyffordd Penrhengoej i Bontuchel sy’n ymestyn i gyfeiriad y dwyrain o’i chyffordd â’r ffordd a elwir yn Caer Weirglodd i Fontuchel yn Sir Ddinbych, am bellter o oddeutu 1.1 cilomedr.

Mae angen cau’r ffordd er mwyn hwyluso’r gwaith o roi wyneb newydd, a wneir gan Gyngor Sir Ddinbych.

Bydd y ffordd ar agor i gerddwyr drwy gydol y cyfnod cau.

Bydd arwyddion i ddangos y llwybr amgen.

Bydd y Gorchymyn mewn grym o 2 Tachwedd 2025 am gyfnod o ddeunaw mis neu hyd nes y bydd y gwaith wedi’i gwblhau, pa un bynnag sydd gynharaf. Disgwylir i’r gwaith bara tan tua 9 Tachwedd 2025.

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER

DENBIGHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

CLASS III ROAD, BONTUCHEL

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)

Denbighshire County Council intends not sooner than 7 days from 15th October 2025 to make an Order prohibiting vehicles using that length of the Class III road known as Penrhengoej junction to Bontuchel which extends eastwards from its junction with the road known as Caer Weirglodd to Bontuchel in the County of Denbigh for a distance of approximately 1.1 kilometres.

The closure is necessary to facilitate resurfacing by Denbighshire County Council.

Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the period of closure.

The alternative route will be as signposted.

The Order is effective from 2nd November 2025 for an eighteen-month period or the earlier completion of the works whichever is soonest. The works are expected to last approximately until 9th November 2025.
