Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 400004 Sedbury Lane as described in the schedule below;

The reason for the said closure is for maintenance works to Bridge

The said road is expected to be closed from as detailed in the above schedule or until the works have been completed. However, if the works are not completed by this date the Order can remain in force for up to eighteen months or until the said works have been completed, whichever is sooner.

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the C34 Church Road from outside of the property known as ‘Number 1 Church Road’ to outside the property known as ‘Number 4 Church Road’ for a distance of approximately 40 metres.

The reason for the said closure is for manhole sealing works.

The said road is expected to be closed between 07:00hrs and 19:00hrs on 29th October 2025 only or until the works have been completed.

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the lengths of roads as detailed in the Schedule below.

SCHEDULE

The reason for the said closures is for electric pole replacement works.

The said roads are expected to be closed from 28th October 2025 where the presence of approved signage will indicate whether they are in force. Further advance warnings of dates/ times will be displayed on site prior to the said closures taking effect. This Order may permit the said closures in any order, or simultaneously as required. It is anticipated all works will be completed by 29th October 2025, or until the said works have been complete.

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close and restrict part of the lengths of road as detailed in the Schedule below.

The reason for the closures and restrictions is for Ground Investigations

The said roads are expected to be closed, between 30th October 2025 and 20th January 2026, where the presence of approved signage will indicate whether the closures are in force. Further advance warnings of dates/times will be displayed on site prior to the closures taking effect.

This Order can permit the closure of the roads in any order, or simultaneously as required. It is anticipated the works will be take place on 30th October 2025, 31st October 2025 and 20th January 2026. However, if the works are not completed by this date the Order can remain in force for up to eighteen months or until the said works have been completed, whichever is sooner.

There will be no stopping, waiting or loading permitted when the works are in operation.

The reason for the said closure is for new water connection works.

The said road is expected to be closed from 27th October 2025 until 29th October 2025 only or until the works have been completed.

The reason for the said closure is for works on behalf of Severn Trent Water

The said road is expected to be closed between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 on 23rd October 2025 only or until the works have been completed. However, if the works are not completed by this date the Order can remain in force for up to eighteen months or until the said works have been completed, whichever is sooner.

The reason for the said closures is for carriageway resurfacing works.

The said roads are expected to be closed and restricted from 10th November 2025, where the presence of approved signage will indicate whether they are in force. Further advance warnings of dates/times will be displayed on site prior to the said closures taking effect. This Order may permit the said closures in any order, or simultaneously as required. It is anticipated that all works will be completed by 14th November 2025. However, if the said works are not completed by this date the Order can remain in force for up to eighteen months or until the said works have been completed, whichever is sooner.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE 400273 ROAD FROM POUND HOUSE VIA HANOVER TO BURY MILL COTTAGE
(REDMARLEY D’ABITOT) FOREST OF DEAN DISTRICT

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 400273 Road from Pound House via Hanover to Bury Mill Cottage for a distance of approximately 221 metres (“the Road”)

The reason for the said closure is for safety reasons during works to the said road.

The road was originally closed for 5 days by Notice which commenced on the 14th October 2025. The works were not completed during this time and it has been necessary to make an Order. It is anticipated that the works will be completed by 31/3/26, however the Order can close the road for up to 18 months from the date of the notice or until the works have been completed whichever is sooner.
