Various Streets, Alloa (Temporary Prohibition of Driving, Parking and Loading) Order 2025
The Council has made “The Clackmannanshire Council (Various Streets, Alloa) (Temporary Prohibition of Driving, Parking and Loading) Order 2025, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 24th September 2025: where there will be a temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading at Grange Road, Alloa (From its junction with Ludgate westwards until its junction with Grant Street, a distance of 485 metres or thereby). Glasshouse Loan, Alloa (Both Sides, From its junction with Ludgate roundabout southwards from a distance of 435 metres or thereby). Diversion via Grant Street, Caledonian Road, Glasshouse Loan, Castle Street, Broad Street, Greenside Street, Auld Brig Road and vice versa. The order runs from 1530 hours until 2100 hours on Saturday 1st November 2025 (contingency for Sunday 2nd November 2025). The order is to allow the public to safely enter and exit West End Park, Alloa and to stop cars parking and blocking the road. Access will be maintained for residents, emergency services and pedestrians.
Various Streets, Alloa (Temporary One-Way Traffic) Order 2025
The Council has made “The Clackmannanshire Council (Various Streets, Alloa) (Temporary One Way Traffic) Order 2025, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 4th November 2025: where there will be temporary one way traffic at Ludgate, Alloa (Permitted direction – from North to South; From its junction with A907 Marshall, southwards until its junction with Bedford Place, a distance of 305 metres or thereby). Shillinghill, Alloa (Permitted direction – West to East; From its junction with Bedford Place northwards until its junction with Ludgate, Alloa, a distance of 310 metres or thereby). Bedford Place, Alloa (Permitted direction – West to East; From its junction with Drysdale Street eastwards until its junction with Shillinghill, a distance of 132 metres or thereby). The order runs from 0500 hours until 2100 hours on Saturday 8th November 2025. The order is required to prevent vehicles from travelling in both directions during a public event. Access will be maintained for residents, emergency services and pedestrians.
Helensfield, Clackmannan (Waiting, Loading and Unloading Restrictions) Amendment No.2 Order 2025
The Council proposes to make the above Amendment Order under Sections 1(1) and (2), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to extend the restriction to stop vehicles blocking the access road to the rear of the cottages and the turning/access area off the access road.
Schedule – Side and section of road on which waiting, loading and unloading is prohibited at any time: Helensfield, Clackmannan
(On the east side thereof: From its junction with the east/west access road north kerbline, northwards for a distance of 15 metres or thereby, then westwards for a distance of 5 metres or thereby, then southwards for a distance of 13 metres or thereby). Various Streets, Fishcross (20 Mph Speed Limit) Order 2025
The Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 84(1) and (2) and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. This will designate the sections of roads in Clackmannanshire as a 20 miles per hour speed limit to reduce traffic speeds on roads in the interests of road safety as the experimental traffic order is coming to an end:
B9140 Collyland Road, Fishcross: From its junction with The Engine Green, eastwards until its junction with A908 Alloa Road, a distance of 90 metres or thereby.
B9140 Pitfairn Road, Fishcross: From its junction with A908 Alloa Road eastwards until a point 25 metres or thereby east of its junction with Coalgate Way, a distance of 340 metres or thereby.
A908 Alloa Road, Fishcross: From its junction with B9140 Pitfairn Road southwards for a distance of 125 metres or thereby.

B9140 King O Muirs Road (50 MPH Limit) Order 2025
The Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 9, 10(2), 84(1) and (2) and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. This will designate the sections of roads in Clackmannanshire as a 50 miles per hour speed limit to reduce traffic speeds on roads in the interests of road safety as the experimental traffic order is coming to an end:
B9140 King O Muirs Road: From its junction with Muirside Roundabout westwards until the 40mph speed restriction at Glenochil, a distance of 945 metres or thereby. Full details are available on www.clacks.gov.uk where objectors must state their reasons for objection by 07/11/25.
Various Streets, Sauchie (20 MPH Speed Limit) Order 2025
The Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 84(1) and (2) and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which will designate the sections of road as a 20 MPH speed limit to ensure that the traffic speeds are limited to a speed compatible with the local environment and reduce the existing 30mph to 20mph.

B908 Fairfield, Sauchie (From its junction with B908 Parkhead Road westwards until 15 metres west of its junction with Fairmount Drive, a distance of 625 metres or thereby).
B908 Parkhead Road, Sauchie (From its junction with A908 Main Street westwards until its junction with with B908 Parkhead Road (north south section), westwards for a distance of 175 metres or thereby). Various Streets, Clackmannanshire (20 MPH Speed Limit) Experimental Order 2025
The Council has made the above Experimental Order under Sections 9, 10(2), 84(1) and (2) and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. This will designate the sections of roads in Clackmannanshire:
A91 High Street, Tillicoultry: From its junction with A908 Moss Road, westwards for a distance of 70 metres or thereby.
A91 Dollar Road, Tillicoultry: From its junction with A908 Moss Road, eastwards for a distance of 190 metres or thereby.
A908 Moss Road, Tillicoultry: From its junction with A91 High Street, southwards for a distance of 65 metres or thereby.
A907 Clackmannan Road, Alloa: From a point 210 metres or thereby west of its junction with Hilton Road, westwards for a distance of 345 metres or thereby.
B910 Alloa Road, Clackmannan: From its junction with Kirk Wynd, eastwards until its junction with Cattlemarket, a distance of 435 metres or thereby.
B9096 Alloa Road, Tullibody: From a point 15 metres or thereby east of its junction with Alloa Road (unclassified), westwards for a distance of 536 metres or thereby, as a 20 miles per hour speed limit to trial a reduction in the speed limit in the interests of road safety.
The traffic order will be in place for up to 18 months and will be used to monitor the effectiveness of the experimental speed limit on these roads. Anyone wishing to question the validity of any of the provisions within this order should write to the Court of Session within six weeks of 15/10/25.
Grange Road, Alloa (Temporary No Parking) Order 2025
The Council has made “The Clackmannanshire Council (Grange Road, Alloa) (Temporary No Parking) Order 2025, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 7th October 2025:
Schedule I where there will be a temporary no parking at Grange Road, Alloa (Both Sides – From its junction with West End Gardens, westwards for a distance of 42 metres or thereby). The order runs from 1700 hours on Thursday 30th October 2025 until 2000 hours on Saturday 1st November 2025. The temporary no parking is required for Sparks in the Park event.
A907 King Street, Alloa (Temporary Prohibition of Driving, Parking and Loading) Order 2025
The Council has made “The Clackmannanshire Council (A907 King Street, Alloa) (Temporary Prohibition of Driving, Parking and Loading) Order 2025, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 7th October 2025:
Schedule I where there will be a temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading at A907 King Street, Alloa (From its junction with Station Roundabout westwards until Marshall Roundabout, a distance of 220 metres or thereby). Diversion via B909, A908, B9140 and A907 and vice versa. The order runs from 2315 hours on Saturday 25th October 2025 until 0500 hours on Monday 27th October 2025. The temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading is required to facilitate minor network repairs.
Various Streets, Dollar (Temporary Prohibition of Driving, Parking and Loading) Order 2025
The Council has made “The Clackmannanshire Council (Various Streets, Dollar) (Temporary Prohibition of Driving, Parking and Loading) Order 2025, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 7th October 2025: where there will be a temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading at Park Place, Dollar (For its entirety, a distance of 230 metres or thereby).
Lovers Loan, Dollar (For its entirety, a distance of 440 metres or thereby. (only to be closed in the event of an emergency)). Diversion via Lovers Loan and vice versa.
The order runs from 1730 hours until 1930 hours on Saturday 1st November 2025 (contingency on either Sunday 2nd November 2025 or Saturday 8th November 2025). The order is necessary for public safety during the Fireworks display. Access will be maintained for residents, emergency services and pedestrians.
