What is happening?
BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL (PINEHILL ROAD & GRANT ROAD, CROWTHORNE) [20MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2025
Bracknell Forest Borough Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 81, 82(2), 84(1) and 84(2) and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("The Act").
Effects of the Order: The effect of the Order is to introduce the new length of speed limit as detailed in Schedule 1.
Further Details: Copies of this notice, the draft Order and Plans may be inspected on the 'Highways Public Notices' page of the Council's website www.bracknell-forest.gov.uk.
Objections: Objections to the proposals, together with the grounds upon which they are made, should be sent in writing to Neil Mathews, Assistant Director - Highways & Transport, Bracknell Forest Council, Time Square, Market Street, Bracknell, Berkshire RG12 1JD or via e-mail highways.transport@bracknell-forest.gov.uk to be received by him no later than the 7th November 2025.
