Lower Broadmoor Road, Temporary Road Closure Due To Patching Works
What is happening?
BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL (LOWER BROADMOOR ROAD, CROWTHORNE) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2025
Notice is hereby given that Bracknell Forest Borough Council has made an Order, in accordance with Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along:
a) Lower Broadmoor Road, Crowthorne between High Street and Chaplain's Hill.
The alternative route for vehicles affected by this Order will be via: Chaplain's Hill, Upper Broadmoor, High Street, and this route reversed.
The purpose of this Order is to ensure public & worker safety while the Highway Authority complete carriageway patching works. The Order came into operation on the 23rd October 2025 and has a maximum duration of 6 months. However, it is currently planned that the closure will be in place until 23rd October 2025 at 20:00 until 24th October 2025 at 06:00. This Order shall only apply when the appropriate signs and markings are displayed in the road.
