HYSBYSIR DRWY HYN bod CYNGOR SIR FYNWY, Neuadd y Sir, y Rhadyr, Brynbuga, NP15 1GA (“y Cyngor”) yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn yn unol â’r pwerau a roddwyd gan Adran 14(1)(a) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984:

1. Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 3ydd Tachwedd 2025 a bydd yn parhau i fod mewn grym am gyfnod nad yw’n hwy na 18 mis neu nes bod y gwaith y cynigir ei wneud wedi’i gwblhau, pa un bynnag yw’r cynharaf. Rhagwelir y bydd y gwaith yn cael ei gwblhau rhwng 3ydd Tachwedd 2025 a’r 5ed Tachwedd 2025, gan weithio rhwng 09:30 – 15:30.

2. Mae’r Gorchymyn yn angenrheidiol er mwyn i BT wneud gwaith gosod dwythellau mewn modd diogel yn y lleoliad. Bydd mynediad rhesymol yn cael ei gynnal ar gyfer eiddo sydd ar hyd y ffyrdd a effeithir arnynt tra y bydd yr heol ar gau.

3. Effaith y Gorchymyn fydd cau dros dro ran o’r C8.7 Tredystain, Llanelen, Sir Fynwy, ~0.55km i’r de-orllewin o’r gyffordd â’r A4042 i’r gyffordd â Phant Coedprior.

4. Bydd llwybr dargyfeirio fel a ganlyn:- A4042, Heol Llwyn Celyn, Heol Hynafol, Heol C10.1 o Lanofer i Heol y Ffin, Pant Coedprior ac i’r gwrthwyneb.

5. Gellir enwi’r Gorchymyn hwn fel Gorchymyn Rheoleiddio Traffig Dros Dro C8.7 Tredystain, Llanelen, Sir Fynwy 2025.

6. Yn sgil Adran 16(1) Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffordd 1984 bydd person sy’n torri cyfyngiad neu waharddiad a osodir dan Adran 14 y Ddeddf yn euog o drosedd.

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION NOTICE 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that MONMOUTHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL of County Hall, The Rhadyr, Usk, NP15 1GA (“the Council”) Intends to make an order pursuant to the powers conferred by Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

1. The Order shall come into operation on the 3rd November 2025 and will continue to be in force for a period not exceeding 18 months or until the works which it is proposed to carry out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that the works will be completed between 3rd November 2025 and 5th November 2025, operating between 09:30 – 15:30.

2. The order is necessary for BT Duct laying works to take place in a safe manner at the location. Reasonable access will be maintained for properties fronting the affected lengths of road during the period of the closure.

3. The effect of the order will be to temporarily close a section of C8.7 Tredystain, Llanellen, Monmouthshire, ~0.55km south-west from its junction with A4042 to its junction with Pant Coedprior.

4. A signed diversionary route will be in place as follows:- A4042, Llwyn Celyn Road, Ancient Road, C10.1 road from Llanover to Boundary Road, Pant Coedprior and vice versa.

5. This order may be cited as the C8.7 Tredystain, Llanellen, Monmouthshire Temporary Traffic Regulation Order 2025

6. By virtue of Section 16(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 a person who contravenes a restriction or prohibition imposed under Section 14 of the Act shall be guilty of an offence.
