THE COUNCIL INTENDS TO MAKE
(Stanton St John Rd, Boarstall) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Stanton St John Rd for approx. 285m. Alternative route: Honeyburge, Studley Rd, Brill Rd, Oakley Rd, Stanton St John Rd and vice versa. The closure is required whilst National Highways bridge expansion joint replacement works commence on 3 November 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 3 November 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
(Nether Winchendon, Nether Winchendon) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Nether Winchendon for approx. 529M. Alternative route: Nether Winchendon, Cannons Hill, Winchendon Ridge Road, Barrack Hill and vice versa. The closure is required whilst overhead lines and pole work commences on 3 November 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 3 November 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
(Main Street, Hoggeston) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Main Street for approx. 190M. Alternative route: Winslow Road, Hurdlesgrove Hill, Dunton Road, Main Road, Hoggeston Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Pole works. commence on 13 November 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 13 November 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
(Lower Rd (side rd), Stoke Mandeville) (Temporary Prohibition of Waiting) Order, 2025 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from waiting in Lower Rd (side rd), which continues for approx. 696M. The restriction is required to ensure the Buckinghamshire Council works take place commencing on 3rd Nov 2025 for up to 547 days. The proposed Order will come into operation on 3 Nov 2025, as signed, with a maximum duration of 18 months.
(Lower Rd to new designed A4010, Stoke Mandeville (40 mph) Speed Limit) Order, 2025 which will be to impose a 40 mph speed restriction on that length of Lower Rd to new designed A4010 for approx. 696M. This Order provides for the revocation of any speed limit operative prior to this Order coming into effect relating to that length of Lower Rd to new designed A4010 as described above to the extent that this Order takes effect. The proposed Order will come into operation on 3 Nov 2025, as signed, with a maximum duration of 18 months.
(Moat Ln, Aston Abbotts) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Moat Ln for approx. 65M. Alternative route: Moat Ln, Cublington Rd, Aston Abbotts Rd, High St, Whitchurch Rd, Bushmead Rd, Buckingham Rd, Weedon Rd, Lines Hill and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Anglian Water new connection works commence on 5 November 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 5 November 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
