Hysbysir drwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Powys yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn o dan Adran 84(1)(a) a (2) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, fel y’i diwygiwyd.

Pan ddaw’r Gorchymyn hwn i rym, bydd yn anghyfreithlon gyrru cerbyd yn gyflymach na Phedwar deg milltir yr awr ar y darn o ffordd a bennir yn Atodlen I yr Hysbysiad hwn.

(Brecon Road, Builth Wells) (40mph Speed Limit) Order 202

Notice is hereby given that Powys County Council proposes to make an Order under Section 84(1)(a) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended.

When this Order comes into effect, it will be unlawful to drive a vehicle at a speed exceeding Fourty miles per hour in the length of road specified in Schedule I to this Notice.
