What is happening?

Kent County Council, acting in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, makes or intends to make the following Orders.

 

MAIDSTONE AND TONBRIDGE & MALLING AREAS

 

Martins Lane, East Peckham, TN12 5NB (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2025

To allow pole testing works to be carried out, Kent County Council intends to make an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Martins Lane, East Peckham, on or after 13th November 2025 for up to 1 day or until the works have been completed.

The road will be closed between A228 Seven Mile Lane and Bells Farm Road, between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 only. To the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.

The alternative route for any through traffic is via Bells Farm Road, Stanford Lane, A26 Maidstone Road, A26 Tonbridge Road, A228 Seven Mile Lane and vice versa.
