What is happening?

Notice is hereby given that Manchester City Council has made Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the titles and effects of which are as follows:
1. CITY OF MANCHESTER (IVYGREEN ROAD AND KINGSHILL ROAD, CHORLTON) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2025: No Waiting at Any Time on (i) Ivygreen Road, north-east side, from Kingshill Road south easterly for 10m; and (ii) Kingshill Road, east side from Ivygreen Roadnortherly for 10m; and
2. CITY OF MANCHESTER (ADAIR STREET, PICCADILLY) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2025: No Waiting at Any Time on (i) Adair Street, south-east side, from St Andrew's Square south westerly for 13m; and (ii) Adair Street, south-east side, from St Andrew's Street north easterly for 14m. The Orders were made on 10 October 2025 and will come into operation on 20 October 2025. Copies of the Orders and plans may be inspected at Customer Service Centre, Ground Floor, Town Hall Extension M60 2LA (for Sat. Nav. use M2 5DB) between the hours of 9am and 4.30pm on Monday to Friday inclusive. Anyone wishing to question the validity of the Orders or any provision contained in them on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order may within 6 weeks from 10 October apply to the High Court for such purpose.
