THE NORTH EAST LINCOLNSHIRE BOROUGH COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)(a) VARIOUS LOCATIONS, GRIMSBY(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC - TTRO 25-167) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the North East
Lincolnshire Borough Council intends to make, not less
than seven days from the date of this Notice, an Order,
the effect of which will be that no person shall cause
or permit any motor vehicle, pedestrian or cycle from
PROCEEDING along the below sections of highway:
ROBINSON STREET EAST - Part length, from its junction
with HOLME STREET, in a southerly direction for 65
meters.
- Bowling Green Lane - Part length, from its junction with
PASTURE STREET, in a southerly direction for 40 meters
Alternative route: Bowling Green Lane, Shepford Street,
Pasture Street, Willingham Street, Bradley Street, Eastgate,
Robinson Street East (reverse route applies)
This temporary prohibition is required because works
are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the
road by North east Lincolnshire Council. These works
are detailed as Remove existing traffic island and Tactile
Paving
The Order will come into operation on Monday, 10
November 2025, and will continue in force for a period not
exceeding 18 months unless extended for a further period
by the Secretary of State for Transport, or until completion
of the works (whichever is the earlier). The closure is
expected to remain in place until Thursday, 21 November
2025. Definitive dates and times will be notified with on-site
advanced warning signs.
