SALFORD CITY COUNCIL
What is happening?
The Council of the City of Salford intends to make in no less than 7 days under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984: SALFORD CITY COUNCIL (LIVERPOOL STREET CYCLE TRACK) TEMPORARY ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2025.
The Order will introduce a cycle track closure on Liverpool Street, starting from a point 26 metres west of the junction of Brunel Avenue, for a distance of 26 metres in an eastern direction. The Order is necessary for the installation of a high voltage electrical connection. The order is due to come into operation on Tuesday 11th November 2025 and will last for a period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by Monday 24th November 2025.
