A558 DARESBURY) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OR
RESTRICTION OFTRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
Road(s) affected: Eastern Expressway, A558, Daresbury
Date Order to come into effect: 24 October 2025
Note: the closure is for carriageway resurfacing and will be in place between 19:00 on 24.10.25 & 05:00 on 27.10.25.

Maximum duration of the Order: 18 months from the date the Order comes into effect
Reason for making the Order: the Council is satisfied that traffic on the road should be prohibited and/or restricted because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road.
Effect of the Order: during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to enter or proceed in or along the road
Alternative Routes: Where available suitably signed
alternative route(s) will be provided
