STAFFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
What is happening?
Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council on 16/10/25 made an Order the effect of which is to temporarily prohibit traffic along:
Chapel Ln, Newcastle Under Lyme. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=GB145328946. The Order will come into operation on 30/10/25 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 3/11/25. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the Utility works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
Park Ln, Newcastle Under Lyme. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/ tm=145180386. The Order will come into operation on 29/10/25 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 31/10/25. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the Utility works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
Etruria Rd, Stoke-on-trent. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=GB145316464. The Order will come into operation on 21/10/25 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 21/10/25. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the Tree maintenance, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
Enderley St (eastbound only), Newcastle Under Lyme. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=GB145306819. The Order will come into operation on 27/10/25 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 29/10/25. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the Installation of Fibre works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
Back Lane, Ashley. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/tm=144512423. The Order will come into operation on 31/10/25 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed on the same day. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the tree trimming works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

The Order will come into operation on 27/10/25 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 29/10/25.
