What is happening?
To prevent the likelihood of danger to the public, the
Council has made an order which will be in effect on
Sunday 19th October 2025 until approximately Sunday
16th November 2025, the effect of which will be to
Prohibit eastbound vehicular movement on Abbey
Street and Prohibit waiting and loading on Abbey Street
and Mansfield Street. The Order will end after 18 months
or on completion of the works, whichever occurs first. For
