What is happening?
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
(ONE WAY TRAFFIC ORDER 2025)
(VALE VIEW TREDEGAR)
Take notice that Blaenau Gwent County Borough
in exercise of their powers under sections 1(1) and
(2), 2(1) to 3 and part IV of schedule 9 of the Road
Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (hereinafter referred
to as “the Act” and all other enabling powers, and
after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in
accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act, on
16th October 2025 made the above Order.
The effect of the Order will be that road specified in the
Schedule to this Notice will be restricted traffic flow
only in a north-westerly direction from the junction of
Pochin Crescent to the point where it junctions with
Glyn Terrace and Peacehaven.
The Order will come into operation on 31st October
2025. The Order and a plan showing the affected road
are available on the Blaenau Gwent County Borough
Council website.
If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of
any provision contained in it, on the grounds that it is
not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any
requirement of that Act or of any instrument made
under it has not been complied with in relation to the
Order, you may, within six weeks from 16th October
2025 apply to the High Court for this purpose.

drwy arfer ei bwerau o dan adrannau 1(1) a (2), 2(1) i
3 a Rhan IV o Atodlen 9 i Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig
Ffyrdd 1984 (y cyfeirir ati yma wedi hyn fel “y Ddeddf”)
a phob pŵer galluogi arall, ac ar ôl ymgynghori â Phrif
Swyddog yr Heddlu yn unol â Rhan III o Atodlen 9 i’r
Ddeddf, wedi 16fed Hydref 2025 gwneud y gorchymyn
uchod.
Bydd effaith y Gorchymyn yn hynod mai dim ond
llif traffig cyfyngedig fydd ar y ffordd a nodir yn yr
Amcanestyniad i’r Hysbysiad hwn, ac yn gyfeiriad
gogledd-orllewinol o gyffordd Pochin Crescent i’r man
lle mae’n cysylltu â Glyn Terrace a Peacehaven.
Bydd y gorchymyn yn dod i rym ar 31ain Hydref 2025.
Mae’r gorchymyn a chynllun yn dangos y ffordd yr
effeithir arni ar gael ar wefan Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol
Blaenau Gwent.
Os dymunwch herio dilysrwydd y gorchymyn, neu
unrhyw ddarpariaeth a gynhwysir ynddo, ar y sail nad
yw o fewn y pwerau a roddwyd gan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio
Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, neu ar y sail na chydymffurfiwyd
ag unrhyw un o ofynion y Ddeddf honno neu unrhyw
offeryn a wnaed oddi tani mewn perthynas â’r
gorchymyn, gallwch, o fewn chwe wythnos o 16fed
Hydref 2025 wneud cais i’r Llys Uchel at y diben hwn.
