BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL (MANOR FARM ROAD, SPARKBROOK & BALSALL HEATH EAST) (TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 202*
What is happening?
NOTICE is hereby given that the above named Council propose to make this Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32, 35, 45, 46, 49, 53, 101 and 102 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended) the effect of which will be as follows:
1. To introduce a No Waiting at any time restriction on a length
of MANOR FARM ROAD.
INSTALLATION OF ROAD HUMPS
MANOR FARM ROAD, SPARKBROOK & BALSALL HEATH EAST
NOTICE is also hereby given that above named Council proposes under Section 90A of the Highways Act 1980 to construct speed cushions up to a maximum height of 75mm, at the following approximate locations, for the purpose of reducing speed:
1. MANOR FARM ROAD – approximately outside property no. 7
2. MANOR FARM ROAD – approximately outside property no. 39
3. MANOR FARM ROAD – approximately outside property no. 67
4. MANOR FARM ROAD – approximately outside property no. 97
5. MANOR FARM ROAD – approximately outside property no.127
Full details of these proposals are in the draft Order which, together with the plans and a statement of the Council’s reasons for the proposals, will be made available on request.
