What is happening?
NOTICE is hereby given that the above named Council propose to make this Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 101 and 102 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended) the effect of which will be as follows:
1. To introduce a One-Way Traffic restriction on a length of KENELM ROAD.
INSTALLATION OF ROAD HUMPS KINGSCLIFF ROAD & SOMERVILLE ROAD, SMALL HEATH
NOTICE is also hereby given that above named Council proposes under Section 90A of the Highways Act 1980 to construct road humps up to a maximum height of 75mm, at the following approximate locations, for the purpose of reducing speed:
1. KINGSCLIFF ROAD – approximately outside property no. 3
2. KINGSCLIFF ROAD – approximately outside property no. 23
3. KINGSCLIFF ROAD – approximately outside property no. 35
4. KINGSCLIFF ROAD – approximately outside property no. 55
5. KINGSCLIFF ROAD – approximately outside property no. 65
6. KINGSCLIFF ROAD – approximately outside property no. 83
7. KINGSCLIFF ROAD – approximately outside property no. 89
8. KINGSCLIFF ROAD – approximately outside property no. 97
9. KINGSCLIFF ROAD – approximately outside property no. 101 10. KINGSCLIFF ROAD – approximately outside property no. 109
11. SOMERVILLE ROAD – approximately outside property no. 292
12. SOMERVILLE ROAD – approximately outside property no. 318
13. SOMERVILLE ROAD – approximately outside property no. 330
14. SOMERVILLE ROAD – approximately outside property no. 348
15. SOMERVILLE ROAD – approximately outside property no. 356
16. SOMERVILLE ROAD – approximately outside property no. 372
