NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
What is happening?
that the Nottinghamshire County Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, Traffic Management Act 2004, as amended, and The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (County of Nottinghamshire) Designation Order 2008 (SI 2008 No. 1086), as amended, the effects of which will be, in respects of roads at East Markham in the District of Bassetlaw: -
1. Proposed prohibition from Waiting At Any Time along the following length of roads:
Tuxford Road, East Markham (the west side) From its Junction with Priestgate Road in a Southerly direction for 15 meters.
2. Proposed Bus Stop Clearway (No Stopping at any time except buses) along the following lengths of road:-
Mark Lane, East Markham (the north side) From a point opposite a point 48 metres east of its junction with Tuxford Road in an easterly direction for 19 metres. Relevant documents may be inspected at during opening hours: -
(a) The Nottinghamshire County Council, County Hall, Loughborough Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham NG2 7QP.
